Sea Oats Condo 2 is comprised of 142 units in 26 buildings.


How much are the quarterly assessments and when are they due?

Quarterly payments are due on the 1st of each quarter (January, April, July and October) every year.

For 2025, each building has its own dues amount as follows:

What is included in the Association dues?

The Association dues include maintenance of the common areas surrounding the buildings, interior pest control, building and flood insurance, basic cable and internet through Xfinity/Comcast.  To start/stop Xfinity services, you may call 1-800-Xfinity (800-943-6489) or visit the closest Xfinity store located at 5300 Donald Ross Rd., Ste. 110, Palm Beach Gardens, FL  33418.

Water and sewer are also included. 

The Sea Oats POA maintains the general landscaping and irrigation and the parking lots.


What amenities are available

The amenities are available through the Sea Oats POA, master association.  Please contact Mike Lambert with any questions: Coastal Property Management's office  561-781-8030 or to the POA onsite office 561-624-2596.


Are there pet restrictions?

One domestic dog or cat, not to exceed 30 lbs at maturity, are allowed.


Are there any lease restrictions?

Yes.  Lease terms must be a minimum of 90 consecutive days.  One lease is allowed within a 12 month period.  


What days are trash and recycle pick up?

Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays.

Bulk items and recycle are picked up on Mondays.

Trash and recycle containers must not be put out before 6pm on the evening prior to pick up and must be stored away by the end of the pick up day.
